Estate. Created and developed Strategic Plan, Business Plan
and Partners Program. Promoted the concept locally, nationally
and internationally. Collaborated with Partners on networking

Lay-out, Company Policies and Procedures Manual, Descriptions

Responsible for creating and maintaining personal and company

Database, GPS systems, digital equipment and cameras,
network of computers, weekly updates, database
administration, accounting on-line, backups, reports of monthly
and yearly sales and expenses.
Training/Teaching:
Trained new sales agents how to set up their own business plan
and goals. Reviewed new techniques and policies at sales
meetings. Instructor for a course: "Think Globally, Sell Locally"
for the Georgia Institute of Real Estate (National Association of
Realtors approved course).
Created the Atlanta Model for FIABCI Atlanta/Georgia Local
Chapter/Council. Instructor at Chattahooche High School and
Northview High School for the FBLA (Future Business Leaders
of America) Program. Developed program for Powerhouse North
and Powerhouse Int'l. called "PowerPlan" and implemented at
monthly meetings for six years for agents from various real
estate companies.

of FIABCI-USA Sheldon Good (Past FIABCI World President)
for outstanding service, contribution and dedication to the

Powerhouse International Magazine - which showcased Luxury
Homes in the Atlanta area. Worked in conjunction with ACCENT
on Atlanta magazine on the lay-out and design of inserting our
magazine in their publication.
Hobbies:
Travel and meeting new people. I love learning about cultures,
experiencing first hand about my clients background and
culture. So far I have traveled to 37 different countries and hope
to see at least 60 countries (this is how many countries FIABCI
is in) before I retire to write a book about my life story. I love to
read auto-biographies of successful people, inspirational and
motivational books.
